Everything needed for a straightforward group head reseal in one kit, sized for the newer-style Astoria group. Includes the new-style 8mm group head gasket, 52mm screen, and the screen retaining screw.

DIY-simple – a routine group head service most owners can do themselves.

PRO TIPS

  • Pull the old screen out before fitting the new gasket, not after. The gasket seats against the screen’s lip, and forcing a worn, bent screen in behind a fresh gasket is what causes premature gasket blow-out within days of the service.
  • Confirm your machine takes the “new style” 8mm gasket before ordering – older Astoria groups (pre-1995) use a thinner 6mm gasket that this kit’s parts won’t properly seal.
