Collaborating with our friends at Discovery Coffee to make this bar, we combined their Rock Bay Blend and our Lachua, Guatemala Dark Milk chocolate resulting in a bar distinctly reminiscent of a Mocha.
At Sirene we make our own chocolate from the bean in our Victoria, BC, Canada factory. This is unusual: most companies don’t make their own chocolate, they buy bulk blocks from industrial makers. We feel it is important to have direct relationships with the farms producing the raw ingredients we will be eating.
