Prosyro is a 100% Canadian company producing high quality cocktail syrups.
Originally made with professional bartenders in mind, our beautifully rich syrups have perfectly calibrated pH levels, allowing them to be stored at room temperature without necessity of refrigeration after opening.

The Prosyro syrups come in BPA-free plastic squeeze bottles that are easy to use, light, unbreakable and speed rail compatible. They come equipped with a Yorker cap that can be cut to size to allow for quicker pouring. All of our bottles come with a label that indicates the pH level and the sugar content.

– We use real fruits. We favour using fruits from the Okanagan & Niagara valleys, as well as from Quebec’s agricultural lands. Most other fruits come from the Americas as well; minimizing transportation costs and the environmental footprint of the drinks we help making.
