Rooted in tradition and guided by our appetites. Dicky’s Dumps are Chinese-style dumplings handmade in Vancouver. To lock in optimal flavour and freshness, our dumplings are made in small batches and frozen immediately.

– Net Weight: 600g (30 pieces)

Cooking Instructions (Cook from frozen):
– Boil: Fill pot 2/3 with water, bring to boil. Gently lower in dumplings, give it a stir
to prevent sticking. Boil 4-5 minutes until dumplings float, add ½ cup cold water, let reboil another 3 minutes. Strain to serve.
– Pan-fry: Heat 1 tbsp oil in non-stick pan on medium heat. Add dumplings, cook until bottoms are lightly browned. Add ½ cup water to the pan, cover until all the water has cooked off, about 7 minutes. Uncover to allow bottoms to crisp up.
– Steam: Space dumplings an inch apart in steamer, place over boiling water and cover. Steam on medium high heat for about 10 minutes.
