This is the grind adjustment knob found on Ascaso’s I-1, I-2, I-Mini and I-Steel grinders (the line previously sold under the Innova name) — turning it rotates the burr carrier to dial grind size finer or coarser.

INSTALLATION

Simple DIY swap — unthreads from the adjustment collar by hand.

PRO TIPS

  • If your grind setting drifts on its own during use, check that this knob is tightened fully down onto the adjustment collar — a loose knob is a far more common cause of “wandering” grind size than worn burrs on these grinders.
