SIRENE – 65% Dark Milk with Cardamom Chocolate Bar – Ch’abil, 70g

This dark milk chocolate bar was born when we discovered we could source cardamom from the same region of Lachua, Guatemala as the cacao beans we use to make the chocolate. A little nib adds some crunch for excitement.

At Sirene we make our own chocolate from the bean in our Victoria, BC, Canada factory. This is unusual: most companies don’t make their own chocolate, they buy bulk blocks from industrial makers. We feel it is important to have direct relationships with the farms producing the raw ingredients we will be eating.

– Ingredients: Organic cacao beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, whole milk, cardamom. Made in a nut-free facility, gluten and soy free, contains dairy.
